Our hallmark urban development project further defines our concept of the new urbanism. When completed, it will enhance the skyline of Port of Spain and offer choice living options within the city limits and with amenities literally at residents’ doorsteps.

One Woodbrook Place has proven immensely popular with homeowners and investors Its prime location offers residents a home in the centre of the country’s cultural and commercial (and literal) capital.
